NOTICE: The local governments of Appling County and the Cities of Baxley, Graham and Surrency are in the initial stages of a process to develop a new joint comprehensive plan in accordance with state law. The comprehensive plan outlines a community vision, identifies needs and opportunities, defines long term policies and includes a community work program to provide a guide and blueprint for future growth and development within the community jurisdictions.
